The front desk operates until 20:00 Monday through Saturdays and until 17:00 on Sundays (local time). No check-ins during all other non-operating hours.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Up to two older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 7.99 per 24 hours.
